Webhooks (deprecated)

Webhooks have been replaced by Notifications. Your existing webhooks were migrated automatically into webhook channels and triggers, which now deliver your notifications. See Migrating from webhooks for what was migrated.

The webhook management pages are read-only. You can still see your original webhook configuration and past logs, but you can no longer add, edit, or delete webhooks, and webhooks no longer send notifications.

To manage how you receive webhooks, configure a webhook channel instead. The payload format, retry strategy, and HMAC authorization are described in Webhook channel details.

Viewing your webhooks

  1. Log in to Timefold Platform and click on the dropdown at the top right next to your username.

  2. Click Manage tenant.

  3. In the menu on the left hand side, click Webhooks to see the webhooks configured for your tenant.

Logs

Timefold Platform stored logs for webhook activity that record the following information:

  • Timestamp

  • Duration (since Platform version v0.60)

  • Status

  • Model name

  • Model version

  • Dataset ID

  • Message

To access the logs for a webhook, navigate to Manage tenant, Webhooks, and select the webhook. Click on a row to see full details.

Logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days, so past webhook logs disappear 30 days after the migration. New deliveries are logged in the Logs tab of Notifications.
